Tom is a bond market and financial technology expert with over 20 years of experience in planning and executing fintech projects. At Morgan Stanley, Tom led the technology team that delivered trade execution and quantitative analysis for the municipal bond division. At Allvue Systems, he directs complex private debt software implementations as a solutions architect. Tom holds a B.S. in Electrical, Electronics & Communications Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Steve is an investment and technology consultant with over 30 years of diverse industry experience. He has engaged in the planning, analysis, documentation, development, testing, and implementation of numerous investment, accounting, and business intelligence systems.
